Scott told her he wanted to “play the field”. At 15. But obviously Fate had a different plan…
9th grade is where it started, when Christine looked over at Scott and thought “Who is that goofy, lanky kid in the corner? He’s kind of cute… God, I hate math class.” Then again it began Sophomore year of college. She was at Niagara University and Scott was at UB. Who expected them to bump into one another? In Christine’s opinion, it was a “curiously high amount of times” at that. It was too soon for them though, and after calling it quits a second time, they simply kept in touch through facebook or AIM, but it wasn’t until he stumbled into her [arms] (mind you, this is a slightly…revised…version of the story
hehe), that he fell in love with Christine. A few weeks after stumbling into her, they made a date for dinner, and three years later…they’re engaged.
Christine says:
“Life is amazing. We bought a house in 2009 and a dog in 2010. We work hard and we play hard and we have a great time together. Scott’s hours are brutal but we always manage to make time for ourselves. “
Christine and Scott…I’m looking forward to your wedding so much! I find it so amusing how small this world is, and you two are a reminder that not only is the world small, but things happen for a reason. I mean who knew that I’d run into you guys at a kickball game?
Anywho, pictures!
