“I am. Why“
It’s funny how life happens. Suzette’s phone had rung and a friend informed her that she knew a guy on her plane going to Miami. To her complete amazement, that guy just happened to be sitting a few feet from her. She handed “the hunk” her phone, and upon returning it they began a conversation, which ended rather shortly after it had started.
A couple weeks later, that same friend who had called her ended up dragging her to a Memorial Day party. Low and behold, in strolled Paul later that evening with his suitcase. This was just too much to be coincidence. And the fact that he was living with some of her old college room mates and he ran in the same circle of friends that she did meant that she had to talk to him. I can’t imagine a better way for a relationship to start…
Suzetted described the evening to me:
“We spent the entire night talking and discovering all of the things we had in common. Both of our families have ties to Brazil and both families speak portuguese! That summer, we became friends and although there was much chemistry there- we didn’t act on it. We started dating on Sept 11 2008 and fell in love instantaneously!“
Just under 3 years later, here we are. Suzette and Paul are getting ready for their wedding! You really must thank that friend of yours, Suzette!
Paul: “I thought Suzette was gorgeous when I first met her. It was love at first sight. Now she is the love of my life and couldn’t picture my life without her.“
